These terms of use cover the First Reel Academy website and the first reel course. They are short on purpose, so please read them.

What the terms of use cover

First Reel Academy sells access to an online video course by monthly or yearly subscription. Access lasts as long as the subscription is active. Lessons, downloads and any future lessons we add to the course are included, so a subscriber always has the current version.

Payments and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed, monthly at $29.99 or yearly at $199.99, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first payments, as the refund policy describes.

Your account

One account is for one person. You may not share a login, and you may not redistribute lessons or downloads. You are responsible for keeping your password private, so use one you do not use elsewhere.

Intellectual property

The lessons, shot lists, opening lines and calendar belong to First Reel Academy. While you subscribe, you may use them for your own real estate business. The reels you record are yours, and we claim no rights in them. If you would like to show one of your reels on our reviews page, we ask first and you can say no.

No guarantee of results

The course teaches a method. How many people watch your reels, and whether they become clients, depends on you and your market. We promise the lessons, the downloads and the support described on this site, and we promise nothing beyond them.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or the course to break the law, to harass anyone, or to copy the course for resale. If you do, we can close the account without a refund.

Changes to these terms of use

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Where a change matters, we email subscribers first.
