The refund policy in one sentence
If you buy the course and post no reel in your first 30 days, you get your $29 back in full. The guarantee is given by First Reel Academy LLC, Orlando, Florida, USA, the company that sells the course. That is the only condition. You do not have to explain, and you do not have to have watched every lesson. We would rather refund you than keep money for a course you did not use.
How to request a refund
Send one message through the contact page, from the address you signed up with, and say the word refund. No call, no questions. There is nothing else to cancel, because the course is a single payment.
Timing
We issue refunds within three business days to the card you paid with. Most banks show the money within five to ten days, although some take longer. After 30 days the payment is final, because by then you have had the whole course.
What this refund policy does not cover
It does not cover a second purchase by the same person, and it does not cover accounts closed for sharing logins or reselling the course. It also does not apply if you posted a reel and then deleted it, because the guarantee is about doing the work, not about keeping the result.
