What the terms of use cover
First Reel Academy LLC, a Florida limited liability company in Orlando, Florida, USA (First Reel Academy, we, us), sells access to an online video course for a one-time payment of $29. Access to the seven lessons and the downloads does not expire, and any future lessons we add to the course are included, so a buyer always has the current version.
Payment and refunds
The course costs $29, paid once at checkout. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to that payment, as the refund policy describes.
Your account
One account is for one person. You may not share a login, and you may not redistribute lessons or downloads. You are responsible for keeping your password private, so use one you do not use elsewhere.
Intellectual property
The lessons, shot lists, opening lines and calendar belong to First Reel Academy. As a buyer, you may use them for your own real estate business. The reels you record are yours, and we claim no rights in them. If you would like to show one of your reels on our reviews page, we ask first and you can say no.
No guarantee of results
The course teaches a method. How many people watch your reels, and whether they become clients, depends on you and your market. We promise the lessons, the downloads and the support described on this site, and we promise nothing beyond them.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site or the course to break the law, to harass anyone, or to copy the course for resale. If you do, we can close the account without a refund.
Changes to these terms of use
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Where a change matters, we email buyers first.
Governing law
These terms of use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we cannot settle by talking is heard in the state or federal courts serving Orange County, Florida, and you agree to that venue.
